A gifted and accomplished organizational development practitioner and human resource professional, Sheila Kabat brings twenty-five years of diverse experience in senior level positions working with both individuals and organizations, domestically and internationally, to her role as a VP at Bruce Mast & Associates, Inc. She focuses on all aspects of the organizational development/human resources: Staffing, ReAlignment and Executive Coaching to Strategic Planning, Organizational Design, and Career Transition. She has provided leadership as Facilitator/Coach of Leadership On The Line^® and Stepping Up To Leadership since 2001.

Ms. Kabat gives participants an excellent guide to work from taking their business plan from start to finish. She personally reviews each plan and provides a comprehensive manual to each participant. Sheila Kabat is a gifted instructor with 25 years experience in senior level positions.
The six sessions included are: The Basics of Business Planning, Gathering Information, Putting your Business Plan together, Creating a solid Marketing Plan, Preparing Financial Statements, Finalizing your Business Plan.
